We wish we could tell you otherwise but once an order is placed you no longer can change the size/quantity/color/ or add other item/s or change the mode of payment. In order to change your billing address and your number, simply get in touch with us through our multiple customer care channels - Customer Care at +9714 263 8682, email us at aecommerce@westlakegroup.ae or open our online chat support and we will be more than happy to do it for you.

Removing or omitting an item from your order is pretty simple. Request should be made within 24 hours after placing the order or before it gets handed to shipper..

To remove an item/s in your order, just follow these steps:

1..Log into MY ACCOUNT and view MY ORDERS
2.Click the "Cancel Item" button next to your item.
3.Select the quantity you want to cancel.
4. For the cancelled orders/items, we will add the amount to your WALLET with in 24-28 hours, and you can use it as a payment in your future order.
5. COD orders will have it refund through E-wallet and will be posted on your account.

If the cancel button is not available, then removing the item is not possible. However, you can return the unwanted items directly to our shop or through courier collection once you have received your shipment. Changed your mind? No worries. You can easily cancel your order but please do so within 24 hours or before it gets handed to shipper.

To cancel your order, just follow these steps:

3. The refund for the cancelled order paid through cash or card will be credited to the wallet with in 24-48 hours.

The status will change to CANCELLED. If the cancel button is not available, then cancellation of the order is no longer possible. However, you can return the unwanted items directly to our shop or through courier collection once you’ve received your shipment. We try our best to make timely refunds to your cancelled orders. You can either choose if you would like to add the refund amount to your wallet within 24-48 hours after the cancellation.

Unfortunately, once your order is handed to the shipper, you will not be able to cancel it but you can always get in touch with us for a return or refer to our return policy.  We are always happy to be of assistance. 

Once confirmed that the money has been deducted from your card, customer service will contact you within 24 hours. We will add the money to your wallet within 48 hours

As we aim to provide our customers with the fastest and most efficient delivery service, all orders will be considered as a single order topped with a shipping fee as mentioned while placing the order, regardless of the payment method. 

Although combining orders in a single shipment is conditional, we will ensure that all orders are delivered at the earliest time possible.
