Free shipping applies on single order (1 order ID) that is more than AED250 excluding the applied voucher.

Tracking order status on our website is extremely easy. Below are the stages:
Stage Status
Order Received : Thank you! Your order is successfully placed and received
On Process : Please wait! Your order is on process
Handed to Shipper : Your order was dispatched and handed to the courier
Out for Delivery : Your order is out for delivery and will be delivered within the day
Delivered : Congratulations! Your order is successfully delivered

 

Standard shipping fee for an order placed within UAE is AED11 per shipment regardless of how many items you will order.

Sure, why not? We just require the person to have a proof of identity especially for orders paid by card. You can get in touch with our customer service if you need further assistance with your shipment delivery. We want to ensure that you get your package when and wherever you want it.

We will be happy to do it for you. All we need is that you make a request ahead of time. Our service partners can only hold a shipment for 6 days so to avoid any delays we suggest that you inform us as soon as you can. Most days of the week, we’d say. Our delivery is from Saturday to Thursday.
But our delivery schedule is always next day delivery.
