As of the moment we only accept prepaid orders to be shipped in United Arab Emirates . Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit/debit cards.We are happy to inform you that we also have Apple pay now for the IOS users.

E-Wallet is a new version of our credit note as we do not provide cash refunds for the cancelled and returned items paid by card. You can use your wallet amount as a payment for your future orders.

Our couriers are more than happy to accept your payments on delivery but only in cash. Your wallet amount can be used for online purchase only.

We accept Apple Pay as a payment method for selected countries on our app and web. If Apple Pay is available in your country, you will see this option in the cart page

Yes, you can. The wallet can be used for more than one transaction depending on the amount you have on your wallet.

The wallet amount has an expiry of 1 year. Please use the amount before expiry, after that it shall lapse.

Yes, you can use the coupon along with your wallet amount. Select the wallet in payment, enter the coupon in discount voucher field and place the order.

1.  If you are adding the coupon to the wallet, the amount would reflect immediately.
2.  For the retuned orders the amount will reflect in your wallet after 48hrs upon receiving the returned shipment
3.  For cancelled orders/items the amount will reflect in your wallet within 24-48hrs after order was cancelled.

The wallet amount will show up automatically on the checkout page as a payment method only if you are logged in. If you are a guest user and would want to use the wallet amount then please contact our customer service at +9714 263 8682 for further assistance.

Once you log in to your account, you can go to “My account” My wallet to see the balance and the transaction history there.

The refund amount on these returned items shall be added back to your wallet.

If you have an amount in the wallet it is up to you whether to use or no. However, if you select the wallet option, the order will take the complete value from the wallet and then the remaining value if any needs to be paid using the other mode of payments.
